• Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds:

• In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the extent of the course completion and any non-refundable expenses incurred by Net Expert Solutions.
• The decision regarding partial refunds will be made at our discretion and will be communicated to you along with the refund approval.

Course Cancellations:

• If a course is cancelled by Net Expert Solutions, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee after deducting the GST 18% amount.
