At Net Expert Solutions, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, making it necessary for you to reschedule your enrolled course. This Reschedule Policy outlines the terms and conditions for rescheduling your course. Please read this policy carefully before making any reschedule requests.

Reschedule Eligibility:

You are eligible to request a course reschedule if:

• You are unable to attend the originally scheduled course due to unforeseen circumstances.
• You provide a minimum notice period of 10 days prior to the course start date

Reschedule Request Procedure:

To request a reschedule, you must submit a written request to our customer support team at info@nexpertsolutions.com , providing the following details:

• Your Name and Contact information
• Course Name, Registration No. and Enrollment Date

Reason for the reschedule request

• Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 10 Days before the course start date.
• We will review your reschedule request and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.

Reschedule Options:

Upon approval of your reschedule request, we will offer you the following options:

• Transfer to an upcoming course: You may choose to transfer your enrollment to a future course of the same or equivalent value, subject to availability.
• Change of course format: If available, you may request to switch from an in-person course to an online/virtual course, or vice versa.

Please note that reschedule requests are subject to availability and course scheduling.

Reschedule Fee:

A reschedule fee of 10% of enrolled total fee the course fee may be applicable for each rescheduled course.

• The reschedule fee, if applicable, must be paid prior to confirming the new course schedule confirmation on email.

Reschedule Limitations:

• Each enrolled course is eligible for a two-times reschedule only. b. Reschedule requests made within 10 Days of the course start date may not be accepted or may be subject to additional fees.

Changes to Reschedule Policy:

• Net Expert Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Reschedule Policy at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the Reschedule Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
